The architects' goal was to create a merry and unique mansion for an Italian jewelry designer. Limited space influenced the creative approach towards space usage, different rooms harmoniously intersect and interact. This way the dining zone gradually changes into resting place, living room smoothly leads into a pool and every bedroom can be seen as an extra living room. In such manner, absence of a distinct separation of space makes it much wider and more multi-purpose.

The main part of the first floor is occupied by the master bedroom, on three sides surrounded with green terraces. A tendency towards intermixture of functions of different zones is clearly seen inside the room, there is no separation between bed, bath, shower and desk. The range of colors is limited to black and white, sheer domination of which was the client's desire. As for the overall architectural direction, Lovelli Residence is distinguished by an obvious accent of Mediterranean style, which is not a surprise, considering the Italian origin of its owner.
