Spa House location on a mountain hill with the view of a bay motivated the architects to incorporate the project into the surrounding nature as much as possible. The main building is located behind the ledge and paths lead to it, but if you do not know it, it looks like Spa House is an independent construction with everything necessary for comfortable living.

Client wanted the annex to be used for rest and leisure and in case of accepting guests – for their accommodation. There is a bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, pool and spa zone here. Inside rooms are smoothly changed by open air terraces, boundaries between house and outdoors are erased by sliding panoramic windows.
