The first block is there to impress every office visitor. A giant three meter high portrait of the agency founder occupying the floor, wall, windows and ceiling meets guests in the hall. Elegant white stands with built-in multimedia screens that demonstrate agency's portfolio are installed in the waiting room.
The interaction zone is represented with resting areas as well as formal negotiation rooms. The room, created for exchanging ideas and relaxing, is decorated with comfortable furniture and a projector. Negotiation rooms are more formal and are concealed behind black walls of a mysterious hallway, however one can watch what is going on in the conference rooms through bright holes.
Creation block is represented by a row of desks dissecting the open space. Tables for team work and discussing projects are put along the perimeter. Besides the designers used a spacious balcony to expand the office space in case employees want to break from enclosed space.
This project has won a range of awards including International Design Awards in Los Angeles in the category of the Best Interior Design of 2010 as well as Gold Award in the category of the Best Office at the Modern Decoration International Design Awards in 2010 in China.
