The plan of the building resembles a horseshoe, and the offices are set in a circle, however, the designers from Za Bor Architects successfully fulfilled the task of functionally using the available space.

Dynamic volumes, expressive furniture, wood elements, visual raising of ceilings – this all was done to create comfortable working conditions and deviation from routine. Yandex have as if challenged the strict office atmosphere and by picking up the western trends they have dashed the traditional office zone. There are conference rooms of different sizes, gym, kitchen, coffee room, negotiating rooms – Yandex are currently offering all this and lots of other things to their employees.
